We received a short sms from a friend yesterday morning while we were descending from Gunung Yong Blar's peak, bordering in Perak/Kelantan, saying that two persons fell off the cliff in Bukit Tabur.
As there was only very faint reception, we couldn't call to enquire more.
Upon reaching KL, called up a reporter friend & she confirmed the news but wasn't sure which spot the accidents happened.
We realised many first timer heard about Bukit Tabur, and they come unprepare to take on the challenge, others said their friend's friend have invited them but they do not know it is that challenging.
Whatever reason that brought people here, we sincerely hope everyone will take safety as utmost importance.
Have retrieved some photos in my file and added in reminder to be careful at all times.
